We are looking for a Guest Experience Coordinator to join Soneva Fushi Resort
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Administration department as a Guest
- Service Coordinator or a similar role.
- Hospitality certificate or a Diploma in a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency with electronic resources such as Internet search, Outlook, Word,
- Open Table, and PMS/POS systems.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Proficiency in foreign languages will be an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage guests’ expectations and ensure their stay at the resort is pleasant and comfortable.
