Overall Responsibilities of the Post
- Preparing project bills and coordinating with Divisions and Clients to resolve issues related to Receivables.
Specific Duties
- Coordinate with consultants and clients regarding the preparations and dispatch of Invoices.
- Report to Manager of possible risks associated with credit and identify and inform any unauthorized credit allowed from divisions.
- Preparing the Financial Performance Report weekly
- Coordinating with Divisions to resolve disputes related to Projects.
- Preparing of Project Invoices (Verifying all the necessary supporting documents)
- Assist and verify the BOQ summary sheets of projects
- Coordinate with consultants, clients and superiors (MTCC) regarding the Project Invoices and payments.
- Liaise with internal and external Auditors during the audit process and obtain and provide relevant documentation and information required for the audit
- Perform other duties required or assigned, which help improve the productivity and service of the department
Minimum Requirements:
- MNQF Level 7 qualification in accounting related field with 1 year experience in a related field OR
- MNQF Level 5 qualification in accounting related field with 2 years' experience in a related field OR
- MNQF Level 4 qualification/ A Level (Including Account pass) with 3 years experience OR
- GCE O'Level 3 Pass (including Account) with 4 years of experience
Salary Benefits:
- Salary with other allowances: MVR 10,840
