Requirements:
• Holding Senior CDP position for at least 2 years
• Must have experience in Western, Asian and International cuisine
• Experience in buffet restaurant (breakfast lunch dinner)
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the team & deliver consistently.
• Must have HACCP Level 02 Certificate.
• Flexible & available to work both opening & closing shifts when required.
• Has a great work ethic, exceptional attention to detail.
