Bank of Maldives is seeking to recruit a talented and qualified individual for the position of Customer Service Assistant in our Dhidhdhoo Branch.
Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Provide a complete customer experience in a friendly and courteous manner to all customers visiting the Bank
  • Acquire product knowledge and respond to all inquiries accordingly
  • Establish and promote cordial relationships with customers, ensuring prompt attendance to their inquiries and solving their problems to grant them maximum satisfaction
  • Ensure that the Bank’s policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines are complied with
  • Attend other general banking activities and processing of general correspondence

Competencies 

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Results-driven and customer-focused
  • Excellent salesmanship
  • Excellent analytical skills and judgment, good business sense, and decision-making skills based on Bank’s policies and procedures

Criteria

  • 2 passes in GCE A’Level or an equivalent qualification, or;
  • 5 passes in GCE O’Level or an equivalent qualification with 1 year of related experience.

Negotiable
