Are you passionate about human resources and seeking an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team? Whetstone Pvt Ltd, a burgeoning hardware and home improvement business recently established in the Maldives, is on the lookout for vibrant individuals to enhance our workforce.
Responsibilities:
· Support day-to-day HR operations
· Prepare and assist HR documentation
· Assist in employee enrollment, attendance, and movements
· Assist in maintaining and updating employee database
· Assist in administering staff medicals, insurance, and related tasks
· Assist in handling expatriate work permits and staff issues
· Assist in liaise with immigration, ministry, and government entities
· Exhibit dedication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
· Successfully completed O’ Level in education or higher
· Exceptional attendance and punctuality
· Professional demeanor with a positive outlook
· Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
· Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
Remuneration Package:
MVR 8,000 to 9,500 per month (Depending on Qualification & Experience)
