Pastry Chef
Requirements:
- Having 3 – 5 years of experience in pastry and food production methods & techniques
- Diploma in professional bakery, culinary arts and catering
- Possess commercial awareness and creativity
- Must be good in planning, implementing and managing daily operations
- Must be excellent to prepare wide range of pastries, baked items, cookies, etc.
- Ability to make custom-made pastries and deserts for special orders and parties
- Ability to decorating pastries and deserts for nice look and tasteful presentation
- Must have good knowledge and experience in ordering supplies and ingredients
- Must have good knowledge & experience in product costing and maintaining costs at desired level
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word and friendly with social media platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in English
Starting Salary: Negotiable subject experience
