Request for Expressions of Interest
The Government of the Republic of Maldives has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Maldives Clean Environment Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the services of a Consultancy Service for Waste and Resource Management Planning –Noonu, Raa, Baa, Lhaviyani, Meemu, Faafu, Dhaalu and Thaa Atoll. Ministry Hereby Invites all the interested eligible consultants to submit the proposals.
The main objective of the current assignment is to enhance waste and resource management for islands in Zones 2, 4, and 5, through development of long-term atoll-level waste and resource management plans.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications and experience required to be eligible for consideration for this position, is specified in the clause (E) and Selection criteria specified in the clause (H) of the Terms of reference.
The Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy thereby, invites interested individuals, who meet the requirements specified in the TORs to submit the following;
- Letter of the expression of interest (EOI)
- Copy of National Identification Card
- Attested copies of educational certificates (copies taken from accredited original certificates)
- CV that demonstrates that the applicant is qualified to perform the services (including appropriate skills, work experience from similar assignments, and interpersonal skills and motivation for the job)
- Three references of companies or organizations that applicant has completed work for in the past
- Submit a portfolio that contains a sample of previous relevant design work as well as written description of the applicant’s role in its development.
- Financial Proposal (annex 1 of the terms of reference- financial breakdown form)
