Sales Coordinator
Requirements:
- A’ Level / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline
- 3-5 years of profound experience in Sales and/or Marketing – Experience with Resort based clients would be an added advantage
- Experience with analytics and online advertising, creation of marketing campaigns
- Strong Communication, Team Working & Interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Competence in MS Office
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Market Research and analysis of markets to maximize efficient flow of market intelligence. And to recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
- Actively seeking out new sales leads through cold calling, networking and social media inorder to execute Fuel Sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to win new customers and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Prepare quotes, sales inquiries, invoices and/or confirmations. Monitor customer utilization of company credit lines, payment performance, and assist with collections.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help the team to generate business leads.
- Manage customer portfolio and execute sales transactions from quoting, negotiating, confirming, delivery, and post-delivery service and support.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle customer complaints or objections.
- Provide regular Sales Reports / Market Analysis / Competitor Insights to Management. Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the Management.
