Restaurant Supervisor, Male' Maldives
Requirements:
- Having minimum 05 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant management
- Diploma or Degree in management. Studied in hospitality management is an added advantage Possess excellent customer service & upselling skills and commercial awareness
- Capable to build great relationship with staff and customers
- Ability to think out of box and have great problem solving skills
- Must be resilient and high point of patience to challenges
- Spend more time in the restaurant and work with passion
- Must be a good work planner
- Must be inventive and multi-tasking
- Must have pleasant behavior
- Must be a good leader and at the same time a good team member
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word and friendly with social media platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in English
Salary: Negotiable based on relevant experience
