Vaccancy for the position of Audit Assistant (Maldivian Only)
We are seeking a hardworking individual to fill the above vacancy to work with our Accounts Team. The selected candidate will be working under the supervision of our Chief Accountant.
MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Assist in auditing financial statements and operational processes.
- Review internal controls related to inventory, production, and sales.
- Collect and analyze data to support audit findings.
- Conduct testing to verify financial and operational accuracy.
- Identify areas of risk or non-compliance.
- Document audit findings and communicate recommendations.
- Support corrective actions and improvements.
- Stay updated on accounting and auditing standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRMENTS:
- Certificate/Advanced Certificate in Accounting.
- Experience in a relative filed 2 to 3 years.
- Proficient in accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to work independently
- Proactive and resourceful
- Fluent in verbal and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
