Accounts Assistant
We are seeking a hardworking individual to fill the above vacancy to work with our Accounts Team. The selected candidate will be working under the supervision of our Chief Accountant.
Main responsibilities
Main responsibilities
- Compare the sales reports with the collections.
- Update system with the collections.
- Deposit the collections in the appropriate bank accounts.
- Monitor and reconcile the card collections and commission payable.
- Filing of sales reports and delivery sheets
- Reports directly to Chief Accountant.
- Other work as assigned by Chief Accountant from time to time.
Requirements & Qualification:
- Certificate/Advanced Certificate in Accounting.
- Experience in a relative filed 3 to 5 years.
- Proficient in accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to work independently
- Proactive and resourceful
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
