We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in managing various aspects of human resources within our organization. The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement, and upholding company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Renew work visas and permits for existing employees.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for staff development.
- Maintain personnel files and documentation related to employees
- Address employee misconduct in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies.
-Inspect staff accommodation to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and resolve any related issues.
- Foster positive employee relations and address employee concerns and grievances.
- Conduct regular employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations
- Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and immigration procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

MVR 15,000 - 19,999
