Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate shipment clearance.
• Obtain necessary documentation, such as bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices, to facilitate clearance processes.
• Maintain communication with relevant parties to monitor the progress of shipments and resolve any issues or delays.
• Keep accurate records of all shipment details, including shipment tracking information, estimated arrival dates, and clearance status
• Ensure that all import and export documentation is completed accurately
• Calculate and verify duties, taxes, and other fees associated with the import and export of goods
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations and procedures, including any changes or updates that may impact the organization's operations
• Liaise with internal departments, such as sales, finance, and procurement, to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the logistics process
• Work closely with customs brokers, carriers, and other logistics partners to address any issues that may arise during the shipment clearance process
• Keep all relevant parties informed of shipment status and any changes or delays that may impact delivery timelines

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings within the shipment clearance and customs processes.
• Attend the required administrative works of EXCO for any registration process, applications & and renewal process as assigned.
• Prepare bank account opening documents and coordinate with banks and the management team.
• Coordinate with ministries, other government offices, private organizations, and banks to carry
Other Requirement:
• A level standard or Diploma in a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing in Dhivehi and English language.
• Ability to work independently, and manage work in an organized manner.
• Should have a positive, can-do attitude.
• Computer literacy skills
• Able to work on odd hours

Salary
MVR 14,500 -16,500 (Based on Qualification and Experience)
