Job Purpose:

Ensure customers are properly informed on any queries regarding Ooredoo products, services & offers.
Positively contribute to the smooth operation of customer care, adhere to policies and procedures at all the times.
Ensure customer complaints and feedbacks are escalated to superiors on a timely manner.
