Key Duties:
•Meeting with potential clients & onboarding new projects.
•Ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within project timescales.
•Prepare work schedule, staff allocation and ensure site works are done as per schedule.
•Oversee the procurement of equipment and materials.
•Oversee and monitor activities at worksites.
•Prevent and manage challenges by regularly reviewing timings, budget, labour, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track
•Assist to secure all required permits for the projects.
•Coordinate meeting between logistics and deliverables.
•Being an effective leader to boost staff morale, ensuring that there is good teamwork and coordination at the work sites.
•Act as a point of contact for vendors, subcontractors and site staff.
•Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
Criteria’s:
•Diploma in a construction related or business management field.
•At least 5 years work experience in a leadership role in the construction industry.
•Highly proactive attitude, detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
•Strong resilience and conflict resolution skills.
•Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
•Should be able to read & understand blueprints & related documents.
•Ability to interpret and build according to drawings & to specifications.
•Computer literate & must possess a valid drivers license.

Salary
MVR 18,000
