Job Description:
As a Marketing Coordinator at REFCOOL, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing team to create, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns, contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies.
• Assist in the creation and editing of marketing content, including but not limited to blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate and manage marketing projects and campaigns to ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, producing reports and insights for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update the company's website and social media profiles.
• Coordinate events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Assist with the development of marketing budgets and manage expenses.
• Support the marketing team in administrative tasks and coordination.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a marketing role or internship is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
