RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages the restaurant and the restaurant team to include efficient staffing, employee development, training and policy enforcement.
- Assists in monitoring inventory controls to ensure that costs are kept to a minimum without losing quality and usage of materials.
- Create standard set-ups in the outlet to maximize the efficiency of the Restaurant operation.
- Constantly identify areas for improvement in service and food quality.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven working experience as Restaurant
Manager - Demonstrate career experience in customer service management.
- Extensive Food & Beverage knowledge.
- 3 years in Food and Beverages service management experience in Resort or Hotel.
- Remote Island Experience will be highly regarded.
