Job Responsibilities;
- Perform a variety of spa treatments
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their health history, preferences, and specific concerns.
- Suggest appropriate spa treatments and services based on the client's requirements and desired outcomes.
- Ensure the spa room and facilities are clean, organized, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of spa products, including oils, lotions, and other skincare products, and recommend them to clients for home use or post-treatment care.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations and follow spa protocols to ensure the well-being of clients during treatments.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that clients feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout their spa experience.
- Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently, making sure to maintain the spa's schedule and accommodate client preferences.
- Promote and sell spa products and additional services to clients as appropriate, helping to generate revenue for the spa.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest spa and wellness trends, techniques, and industry advancements through ongoing training and professional development.
- Ensure a smooth and cohesive spa operation.
- Educate clients about the benefits of spa treatments and provide tips for maintaining their well-being and relaxation outside the spa.
- Be adaptable and capable of customizing treatments for clients with specific medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment details, health history, and any relevant client preferences or feedback.
