KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for providing the first physical impression and signaling the quality of services they can expect to receive and providing Airport assistance from the first flight of the day till the last.
• Meet and greet guests on arrival / departure of / to the Maldives, make introductions and assist according to their travel plan.
• Coordinate transfers. Making sure that the guests are comfortable and looked after until the respective transfer arrives.
• Attending to operational problems such as transfer delays, lost luggage, or illness, by coordinating efficiently with necessary personnel.
• Coordinate on receiving most up-to-date arrivals, departure and any other lists required for day-to-day operations.

REQUIREMENTS
• GCE O’ level “A” or “B” pass in English
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• People oriented and results driven.
• Ability to work odd and long hours.
