Qualification and Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- A good leader and manager of a diverse staff.
- Detail-oriented and knowledgeable about the best products for operation.
- Ability to find creative solutions, take ownership of duties and tasks assigned.
- Eager to work with many nationalities and able to live on a remote island.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- The position requires availability to work a flexible schedule, incl. evenings, weekends, public holidays, etc.
