Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, focusing on talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
  • Talent & Culture: Lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and succession planning. Foster a culture of excellence, productivity, and employee engagement.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on performance issues, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Data & Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure the company's HR practices are in full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Budget Management: Manage the HR department's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Office Administration: Manage all day-to-day office operations, including supplies, mail, reception, and general administrative support.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and security of our office space. This includes coordinating with cleaning crews, managing utilities, and ensuring the physical environment is safe and well-maintained.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, IT support, maintenance). Negotiate contracts and ensure all services are delivered to a high standard.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, and manage emergency procedures.
  • Team Support: Act as a central point of contact for staff for all office and facilities-related issues, addressing concerns and providing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Project Management: Lead or assist with office-related projects, such as office moves, renovations, or new equipment installations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all contracts, maintenance schedules, and facility-related documents.

Qualifications

  • Academic: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management. 
  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior HR role, with a strong background in strategic HR.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Mindset: A forward-thinking approach with a passion for building positive and high-performing workplaces.
